The atmosphere in this store is amazing. The colors and the decor are really fun and there's a tree in the middle with seating around it. It feels like you're eating outside, or having a picnic with friends. Staff were super busy when I went, but this is definitely a popular place, so it was to be expected. My Mango Sago was super tasty and refreshing, not too sweet. The syrup for the Croissant Waffle was VERY sweet, but otherwise that was great. I can't wait to go back and try the Kakigori, which looks absolutely amazing.

This was the first time I've been here as well as tried this kind of dessert. It was nice and refreshing. Not too sweet. And although it looks big, it really isn't very heavy and too filling, like if you ate ice cream. It's a type of shaved ice but unique in its own way and kind of airy. It's like flakes of ice but super fine. I got the strawberry chocolate kakigori. And it was so good. I really wanted ice cream but we decided to go here and I thought I wasn't going to have that satisfaction I get from ice cream but boy was I surprised! I definitely will come here again.

Fun place to check! I main went because it looked absolutely cute and trendy. With plenty of treats to try out! I tried the MNGO Kakigōri which I haven't tried before. I wasn’t sure at first but I really enjoyed it! We also got bubble tea, and those were great. My sister unfortunately didn't like hers but was able to change it. Thank you to the people working there! All of you were kind and friendly. Would love to go again.

First time coming here with a good friend!! Oh man, we had a bowl of lychee kakigoori and it was really good! Highly recommended for cold sweet lover! I enjoyed the vibe and service! It’s a spacious environment! Great place for gathering! Come visit and enjoy! Cheers 🥂

Great place for a desert. The shave ice is Japanese style and is really fine. This requires a certain finesse to apply the condensed milk and other sauce that comes with the ice deserts, failure to do this may result in making a mess which I did. Was a lot of fun and everyone enjoyed the kikigoris would recommend trying this if you haven’t already.

11/01/23 Cute ambiance (albeit poorly cleaned) and the desserts are basic. Look at the tiny portion of the mango sorbet! It was not even good. Cashier was very rude and unhelpful, see attached picture of the girl in the green accented shirt. This girl is the reason why people don't tip as well as they used to. Horrible attitude! Saved yourself the trouble and money and go anywhere else.

It's not worth the wait. The place has a nice theme, but it's not kept clean. We actually witnessed a couple of costumers cleaning the tables they were gonna use. The place didn't have a line when we arrived, but the wait for our order was around 45 minutes for 1 shaved ice and an order of cannoli. Once we finally got our order, the shaved ice had a nice presentation but lacked flavor, and the cannoli was very dry, had barely any cream(mainly on the edges nothing in the middle), and nothing like the description given on the menu.
